 JupiterMedia has agreed to sell its JupiterImages business to Getty Images for 96 million dollars subject to agreement from it's stockholders. See below for full press release. This will allow JupiterMedia to concentrate on it's other online media divisions. It will be interesting to see how Getty intergrate this new aquisition.
